Evaluation of Probationary Period

The evaluation of the activity of Assistant Professors and Researchers in their probationary period goes beyond the Programme “Shaping the Future”, which is solely dedicated to career monitoring and development.

The process is initiated by the Human Resources Division (DRH). It involves the preparation of a final report by the Assistant Professor or Researcher in their probationary period, and its evaluation by individuals appointed by the Scientific Council. The complete process, including the final report and the opinions of the individuals and the Department(s), is sent by the President(s) of the Department(s) to the DRH within the specified time frame, with a copy to the President of the Scientific Council.
