10th Edition of Workshop Shaping the Future (2025/26)
The 10th edition of the Workshop Shaping the Future took place between June 30 and July 2, 2025, at the Centro de Caparide do Ministério da Educação.
The event was aimed at Assistant Teachers and Researchers in their probationary period to promote their integration into Técnico, conveying the values of the institution, providing essential training, and helping them build a career development plan that enhances their professional and academic performance.
Over the three days of fundamental training, several topics were addressed, such as academic leadership, the positive impact of a sabbatical, the balance between teaching and research, new teaching methods, fundraising, and the presentation of Técnico’s bodies and services.
