Pedagogia+ | Annual Training Plan for Teachers and Researchers
Pedagogia+ is an initiative of the Pedagogical Council, under the responsibility of the Academic Development Unit and managed by the Núcleo de Formação e Desenvolvimento (Direção de Recursos Humanos), aimed at all teachers and researchers at Técnico.
This program aims to promote a culture of continuous improvement in teaching, supporting the development of advanced pedagogical skills, educational innovation, and the sharing of practices among peers, integrating structured training, classroom observation with feedback, and personalized monitoring.
