Participants in the Programme “Shaping the Future” will have access to Complementary Training, according to their specific needs. These training courses will be presented annually by Técnico to teachers and researchers, in alignment with the major challenges facing the School.

Complementary training includes, in particular:

• Training and professional development program Pedagogia+, carried out by the Academic Development Unit, under the guidance of the Pedagogical Council, and managed by DRH-NFD since the 2022/2023 academic year. This program aims to inspire faculty, promote quality teaching, and engage the academic community.

• Other training modules already offered at Técnico or to be created (e.g., pedagogical training, career development, support for the preparation of funding proposals), and recommended by the mentor, the Department Chair(s), the CADDI, or the NDA as a result of the lecture observation process
