The participants of the Shaping the Future Program will have access to complementary training, according to their specific needs. The program of the complementary training will be presented annually by IST to Faculty and Researchers in alignment with the major challenges facing the university, and the faculty needs. The training is organized by the Academic Development Office (NDA) and covers the pedagogical, scientific and soft skills components, based on the assessment of the needs of Assistant Professors/Researchers – more information here.
